Here is how it works.Label Mock UpIf you could email us across a jpeg version of your logo, we will be able to mock up a sample label for you to take a look at. Luc Carta is our in house creative designer so he will mix and match the best suited fonts and colours for you to consider. The first label will be a simple version as it does take time to perfect the finished article with your valuable input.Costs InvolvedLabel set up costSo to the costs. There is an initial label set up charge of £250 plus VAT for up to 20 products and thereafter you can pay one off fee of £15 plus VAT per product.Initial Product Costs And QuantitiesThere is also an initial minimum spend of £1000 plus VAT and you will need to order in minimums of 24’s of each product on your first order. For this service we will need to ascertain your needs and develop products suited to your target customer. We use our knowledge of Aromatherapy and essential oils to make products that are designed to ease symptoms and associated with disorder and conditions of the mind, body and spirit. For this service there will be a consultation fee with our expert Clinical Aromatherapist and teacher Louise Carta of £250 plus VAT. Louise will then create blends and look at the naturally occurring chemical components within the essential oils to make the most effect synergies. Retail PricingRegarding pricing structure. We offer a recommended retail price but it is really for use as a guide and you can therefore charge however much you want for your products. You may well wish to inflate these if you are considering re-selling to other stockists to make sure there are enough profit margins. ManufacturingAll products are manufactured in the UK by The Aromatherapy Company at the address below. Product Liability InsuranceAll products manufactured and supplied by The Aromatherapy Company are covered under our PLI. Soil Association CertificationAll products manufactured and supplied by The Aromatherapy Company and those will are approved by the Soil Association Organic will carry the SA logo on your branded labels once we have submitted the necessary paperwork and gained approval from the Soil Association.Cosmetic TestingOur base creams, lotions, cleansers, washes, skincare ranges etc are cosmetic tested approved. We are Clinical Aromatherapist Practitioners so we have a thorough knowledge of safe blending of essential oils. For Bespoke blends we can submit these for cosmetic testing if desired. There are costs involved with this which can be quite expensive and it is not absolutely necessary .The Soil Association also looks at every single ingredient and recipe within our products too. Once we have created your blends, we submit the product recipes in detail to the Soil Association for approval. Specialised, Luxury Indulgence, Mummy & Baby RangesPlease note that these products are unique to The Aromatherapy Company and cannot be branded but we can create your own range of products that are along these lines.Lead TimeOur current lead time for new brands is two months..
