Carta      Clinical Aromatherapy Diploma We provide first class IFPA Clinical Aromatherapy Diploma courses for therapists looking to become professional Aromatherapists with an internationally recognised qualification. The International Federation of Professional Aromatherapists is one of the largest recognised governing bodies for Aromatherapy and is world renowned and respected. Our courses will provide you with Professional Aromatherapy theory knowledge & practical application training. Upon completion of module 4 & after passing the examinations you will gain you a Diploma as a Professional Aromatherapist Practitioner. This will mean you are qualified to offer Aromatherapy Treatments & Aromatherapy Products to clients. You will be qualified to work as a qualified Aromatherapist Practitioner in a beauty, natural therapy clinic, health environment or set up your own business. Aromatherapy & Holistic therapies are fast growing complementary therapies which make this an ideal time to qualify. Aromatherapy Treatments are being offered in some NHS practices, Hospitals, Hospices, Complementary Health Clinics, and Private Medical Clinics.  IFPA Introductory Clinical Aromatherapy Diploma Level 1 This level will introduce you into the history of Aromatherapy, safe methods of use of essential oils for use in the home and in applications for friends and family. The course includes an introduction into Botany and you will also learn a basic full body massage routine. IFPA Clinical Aromatherapy Diploma Level 2 This second level will start you on your journey to become a Clinical Aromatherapist Practitioner as a Professional. This course studies further essential oils and introduces you to Carrier Oils and Hydrolats as well as bases suitable for use in aromatherapy. We will look at plant families and learn a professional Aromatherapy Massage routine including a facial and head massage. Research and case studies will be introduced.   IFPA Clinical Aromatherapy Diploma Level 3   More specific training on Carrier oils and Hydrolats and further study into the therapeutic effect of essential oils on the mind, body & spirit. We will also look at the subtle effects of aromatherapy for balancing the chakras. We also learn an aromatic foot reflex treatment as well as an abdominal massage. IFPA Clinical Aromatherapy Diploma Level 4 This level will cover Pregnancy and Cancer guidelines as set out by the IFPA. We will also look into research and case studies. You will learn another massage skill as well as a subtle aromatherapy practice. Practical and theory exams. Our classroom based course price includes the examination fees and student membership of the IFPA. Clinical Aromatherapy Distance Learning Course This course covers all of the aspects as listed in the 4 Levels above with exception of the Aromatic Foot Reflex, additional massage treatment and subtle Aromatherapy practical days. Subtle Aromatherapy will be covered in content on the course. The course comes with a full set of course notes, workbook and DVD of the massage routine. Products needed to complete the training which includes organic essential oils and our gorgeous skincare Orange Blossom Range. You will need to hold an up to date First Aid Certificate and an Anatomy and Physiology qualification or equivalent. Exemptions include A level Human Biology or equivalent. Please ask for further advice. Upon completion of Clinical Aromatherapy Level you will be able to become an Associate Member of the IFPA. To become a full member of the IFPA and be able to use the letters MIFPA Clinical Aromatherapist after your name please see IFPA upgrade conversion below. IFPA Upgrade and Conversion Course This course provides the opportunity for students studying on distance learning programmes or those who are already qualified under another course such as ITEC that is not recognised by the IFPA to qualify and become full members of the IFPA. Members will be entitled to use the letters MIFPA after their name as a recognised internationally recognised qualification. We provide the necessary training and assessments in house in preparation for the practical and theory exams The IFPA require you to hold a current First Aid Certificate & diploma in A&P, Anatomy & Physiology.
