We concentrate on traditional Indian massage techniques that have been successfully used for thousands of years focusing on the upper back, arms, shoulders, neck head and face. The aim of Indian head massage is to release the stress that has accumulated in the tissues, muscles and joints making it ideal for headaches/migraines, anxiety and tension and general aches and pains. Holistic Facial CPDThis one day courses concentrates on learning new and effective facial massage techniques. The therapist will learn to confidently blend organic cleansers, Hydrolats, facial masks and moisturisers. An extensive client facial consultation will be learnt exploring Chinese facial assessment techniques and facial acupressure points. All ingredients used will be organic.Aromatic Ear Candling CPDOur ear candling courses are based on the principles introduced to us by the native American-Indians to cleanse and harmonise many problems relating to the ears and head area. The Hopi candles can help with compacted ear wax glue ear, sore throats and hay fever, sinusitis and catarrh, rhinitis. Headache and migraines as well as many other stress related conditions particularly because of its deeply relaxing nature. Hot Stone Therapy CPD This course guides you through the history, safety and therapeutic actions of this intensively powerful and relaxing therapy. Basalt lava stones are gently heated and the students will be taught how to incorporate them into a full body massage. It includes stone placement, tapping and aura cleansing. Cellulite & Detox CPDThis course encompasses a specific massage involving a scrub preparation, body brushing, specific massage techniques, clay wraps and preparation of organic lotions. We include a specially designed consultation and assessment to help us determine a personalised treatment strategy for your clients.Aromatic Foot ReflexThis two day course enables the student to assess the feet focusing on the reflex points we then teach the student to make individual blends for the clients and perform a specifically designed very effective foot reflex massage.
