Carta      Reiki 1 & 2    Reiki 1st Degree Master Diploma Before 1st degree attunement is achieved you will have Reiki defined, the principles and ethos of the healing system. You will learn the history of this mystical art, its creators and early masters. Meditation plays a major part in capturing the essence of Reiki and you will be taught meditation techniques, grounding and protection and the hand positions for healing others and self. Once you have gained the required level of knowledge and awareness you will share your skills by treating other students or your Reiki Master. Then you will be ready for attunement, raising your own awareness and vibration levels. During this first stage of learning you will be asked to start a written journal which will stay with you throughout your training. Reiki 2nd Degree Master Diploma To take you through to certification and qualification as a 2nd degree Reiki Master, you will learn about the bodies Chakra energies, what they mean and how they are used in treatment. You will be taught to understand the importance of aura's, its colour spectrums and what they indicate. Empowerment is described as are the very important Reiki symbols, 1 and 2. Crystals and their significance is explained and the usage of them in healing, with demonstrations provided to illustrate this. Throughout, meditation and Reiki healing is shared and case studies as 'homework' undertaken. Attunement to 2nd degree is then provided after which remaining symbols are learned as is distant healing and animal treatments. Finally you will be taught in methods to recognise negative energies and depression, scanning, cleansing and clearing. Your certificate qualifying you to be a 2nd degree master practitioner is presented. Reflexology Diploma   The Reflexology diploma is delivered over two modules with an extra day for assessment.  The course will cover the following content: Understanding what reflexology is and how it works, The history of the therapy, Mapping the feet, System disorders and associated reflexes, Practical techniques (including a general treatment routine for adaptation), Approaches to treatment, Contraindications to treatment.
